But if the product was due to the fault of the customers themselves we are not responsible for any changes, return or refund of the product. If you wish to return a product, please do so within days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, plus shipping, handling and other charges. Only items purchased on will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorised retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return.
