Order Cancellation

We do not accept cancellations for any reason once an order is placed.

  • All confirmed orders are considered final and will be processed immediately.
  • Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
  • The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  1. Take a clear photo of the item and the defect (if faulty).
  2. Provide a short description of the issue.
  3. Contact our admin immediately via email at contact@cikpuangojes.com.

We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost. If the item is out of stock, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase amount.

Refund Method

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed.
  • Store credit can be used for any product on cikpuangojes.com and will remain valid for 12 months.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Cosmetics and skincare products that have been opened, used, or unsealed
  • Clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events
