Shipping & Return Information
At CPG, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below for details on how we handle your deliveries.
1. Shipping Address
- We deliver using J&T Express for both local and international orders.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before confirming your order. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be automatically displayed at checkout.
2. Change in Shipping Address
- Once your order has been processed, we are unable to change the shipping address.
- If you realise you have entered the wrong address, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order so we can try to assist before it is dispatched.
3. Shipping Time & Tracking Number
- Local Delivery: Estimated arrival within 3–5 working days.
- International Delivery: Estimated arrival within 5–7 working days.
- You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking details to appear in J&T’s system.
- If you do not receive your order within 7 working days for local deliveries, please contact us for assistance.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If You Receive a Faulty Item
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please:
- Take a clear photo of the faulty area
- Write a short description of the defect
- Send the details via email to our admin at contact@cikpuangojes.com
We will replace the item with a new one. If the item is out of stock, we will issue store credit for you to choose another product.
If You Receive an Incorrect Item
Please notify us immediately via email at contact@cikpuangojes.com so we can arrange the correct replacement at no extra cost.
